ScreenBright

ScreenBright is a small-sized and portable application that enables you to easily adjust your monitor's colors.

It comes bundled with intuitive options that can be configured even by less experienced users.

However, due to the fact that it does not integrate a "restore to default settings" option (which is mentioned at startup), it is recommended to make a note of the monitor's current properties before attempting any changes, just in case you want them back after applying the new settings.

Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can drop the program files anywhere on the hard disk and just click the executable to run.

It is also possible to save ScreenBright to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any machine without previous installers.

What's more, the Windows registry does not get updated with new entries, and files are not left behind on the hard disk after removing the utility.

The GUI is represented by a standard window that gives quick access to all main options. You can use five slider bars to adjust the brightness, contrast, color luminance, green, and warm/cold ratio respectively.

You can enable white background to simplify adjustments. Changes are viewed real-time. You can either commit the new settings or hit the refresh button and try again.

ScreenBright is very low-demanding when it comes to CPU and RAM, so it does not burden the computer's overall performance. No error dialogs were shown in our testing, and the tool did not hang or crash. In a nutshell, ScreenBright provides users with a straightforward method for adjusting monitor colors.
