Amigo Point of Sale is a smart application that can come in handy for different food services as restaurants, shops, small businesses, bars and other food related enterprises.

The interface has a playful and colored themed with large and clear icons that can help you to quickly determine the categories. The UI can be customized with you own images and text and includes full Unicode support for Cyrillic based alphabets such as Russian and Serbian; left to right languages like Arabic and Hebrew and also Asian languages like Japanese and Chinese.

Amigo Point of Sale is split in two main parts, the Front End and the Back Office. The Front End usually manages ticket entries, transactions, time clock and cash drawer management. So all your work related schedules, and economical issues are going to be filtered by this part of the app. Also, the tool can be used from a touchscreen display which makes it a little bit easier and straightforward compared to an external keyboard operation.  Mobile devices are also capable of running the app, if a wireless connection is provided.

Regarding the Back Office, this segment was mainly developed for program configuration and management. All regular, retail, bar and pizza menu items are stored in back office. The information is displayed in user friendly data grids that allow viewing in either “List View” or “Detail View” modes and can be exported for to popular spreadsheet or database tools.

Back office can be installed on any system without a USB Software Protection Device, eliminating the need for an additional Amigo POS license. If a USB protection is not detected, Back Office cannot be used to reprint tickets, but all other functions, including report printing, are available.
