File Organizer

A personal computer will be filled with tons of data, information and files after a long period of time. Organizing all that data might become a nuisance especially if the process requires your daily attention or the number of documents is too big. Ablessoft File Organizer is a slick app that can take the edge off by providing a semi-automatized platform that speeds up that type of activity.

After the installation is over, you will be greeted by the organizer’s dashboard. The dashboard informs you about how many files where processed and how much time you saved. By default, you main folders will be monitored, meaning that your desktop and downloads folders (in most cases) are going to be available for cleaning without setting them up.

All the executed items are going to be listed there as well. Every redistribution or deletion of your files can be found in the log sub-menu.

Right under the dashboard location, you can notice four rules that upon selection, will give you the choice to clean files of a certain format. The supported formats can be found within a collapsible menu and can be checked or unchecked as you see fit. The list is very rich, as it contains some of the most used formats as well as rare or less known ones.

The default rules target images, audio files, videos and documents, each with its impressive set of extensions. Custom rules can also be created by adding a keyword for detection and a specific action for execution. The rules can be added and erased whenever you need to, without restrictions.

The most interesting feature seems to be a round floater that resides on your desktop and can apply every active rule. Drag the files to the floater and the rule that fits the file's description will be applied in an instant, sending the file to your determined location.

The interface is fairly simple and provides intuitive ways of customizing and setting up the tool in order to make the cleaning and organizing processes as short as possible.
